By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku EyeCare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Sudoku EyeCare is a mobile puzzle game application that provides classic Sudoku gameplay with integrated eye-care features. The App is designed to offer an enjoyable gaming experience while promoting healthy screen habits.
The App is rated 4+ and is available for users of all ages. No account or registration is required. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that a parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the design, graphics, user interface, algorithms, and code — are owned by WonderSprout and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The eye-care features in the App (including break reminders, the 20-20-20 rule prompts, and guided eye exercises) are designed for general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience eye discomfort or vision problems, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WonderSprout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderSprout and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the App from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
