Sudoku EyeCare ("the App") is developed by WonderSprout. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected through the App and how it is used.

2. Data We Collect

We (WonderSprout) do not directly collect any personal information from you. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Account credentials or registration information
• Location data

All game data — including your progress, settings, statistics, and achievements — is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is provided by Google LLC and may collect and process certain data to serve ads, including:

• Device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID / IDFA)
• IP address
• Device information (device model, operating system version, screen size)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and conversions)
• App usage data (session duration, app version)

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to or control over the data collected by AdMob.

4. How AdMob Uses Your Data

Google AdMob may use the collected data to:

• Serve, personalize, and measure the effectiveness of advertisements
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can adjust your settings in your device's privacy settings under Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising, or opt out via Google Ads Settings.

5. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before allowing AdMob to access your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA). You can choose to allow or deny tracking. If you deny, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads only.

6. Local Data Storage

All game data — including your progress, settings, statistics, and achievements — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Is completely removed when you uninstall the App

7. No Account Required

You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide any credentials to use the App. There is no registration process and no user authentication system.

8. Children's Privacy

Sudoku EyeCare is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. When the App detects that a user may be under the age of consent, AdMob is configured to serve only limited, non-personalized ads in compliance with applicable child protection laws.

9. Data Deletion

Your local game data can be deleted by uninstalling the App from your device. For data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how to request deletion of your data.

10. Your Choices

You have the following options regarding your data:

• Opt out of personalized ads: Adjust your device's privacy settings or visit Google Ads Settings
• Reset your Advertising ID: Go to your device's Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising
• Deny tracking: Decline the ATT prompt when it appears
• Delete local data: Uninstall the App

11. Changes to This Policy

If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
